Harvey Fletcher
Harvey is a life-long resident of the Town of Coventry, NY
Active in FFA during high school, holding several offices in FFA (local and
district). Won awards on Local, District, State and National levels.
Harvey has been a Farm Bureau member since the late 1950's. He has been a past
Farm Bureau President. He helped to form 20-30 club by-laws (Young
Farmers). He was a Dairy Farmer until 1973. Worked for NYSEG for 23 years.
Presently works on Fantasy Fruit Farm of Afton, NY.
Harvey is active in town affairs for 30 years: Board of
Assessor's Review; Planning Board; 12+ years on the Town Council; Francis
Secrest was Harvey's Ag teacher during high school (Afton Central School).

Terry was a Director and former Vice-President of Chenango County Farm Bureau. Terry,
in partnership with his uncle, operates a 495 acre Century dairy farm called
"Green View Farms". They do custom grain harvesting. Terry and his wife Julie
have 4 young sons. Terry is very active in the Lobbying process and the politicians can't
wait to taste his 'Sticky Buns" on PX Days.

Bradd Vickers and
his wife Rainy operate a 400 acre Beef farm and Vickers Enterprizes. Bradd
was previously a Field Advisor for New York Farm Bureau and also worked in
Advertising & Sales for The Evening Sun. He is the legislative chair
for several organizations, including NYS Beef Producers Assoc. and
Chenango County American Legion. He has Degrees in Animal Husbandry
& Social Science and has taken additional courses in Organizational Behavior &
Management, Sales and Marketing, and is a Class IV Graduate of Cornell's LEAD-NY Food
& Agricultural Leadership Program. Bradd also studied at Berklee School of Music in
Boston, Mass., and at Broome Community College. Bradd served in the US. Air Force, as a
Canine Corps Patrol Dog Handler with three years overseas duty, one year with 366th
Tactical Fighter Wing in Vietnam, providing security for DaNang Air Base. Holder of five
military awards & decorations. He is a past County Commander, American Legion and is a
Charter Member and 14 year president, Order of Vietnam Veterans in Norwich. Charter
member Agricultural Development Council, Chenango County; Ag Preservation Committee,
Chenango County Board of Supervisors; County Director, New York Beef Cattlemen's
Association & graduate of the New York State Myth Buster's program; President, New
York State Forage & Grassland Council- member of the Ag Committee of Chenango County
20/20 Planning Effort and Opportunities for Chenango. Bradd is also a Life-Time member of New York State Agricultural
Society, VFW and American Legion and a Past Director of Chenango County Farm Bureau.

Lindsay Wickham has joined the NYFB Organization Department and will fill the position of the
Region 5 Field Advisor, covering Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Steuben and
Tioga counties, serving as a liaison between the county Farm Bureaus in
his region and the state organization. Lindsay will be working with county leaders in the southern region of New York,
Lindsay will be helping Farm Bureau members solve problems and improve the
future of agriculture for the region and the state.
Mr. Wickham grew up on a family farm and spent four years at Cornell
University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. While at Cornell,
Mr. Wickham belonged to the College’s Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity.
Mr. Wickham graduated college with a degree in plant science, and began
his career as an Assistant Farm/Winery Manager at Wickham Vineyards. This
position provided him experience not only assisting in all aspects of the
family fruit farm and winery, but with retail and wholesale wine sales and distribution as well running a
wine tasting room. Eventually, Mr. Wickham became Vineyard Manager of
Standing Stone Vineyards, where he was responsible for vineyard
production, sales, winemaking and overseeing all employees involved in
those tasks.
Mr. Wickham comes to New York Farm Bureau with a long history of
agricultural experience, his grandfather, Don Wickham, was the first
President of New York Farm Bureau in 1955. Don Wickham is also a former
Commissioner of Agriculture and Markets for New York State.
Mr. Wickham is no stranger himself to New York Farm Bureau, having been
a member of the Schuyler County Farm Bureau Board of Directors, and having
sat on the New York Farm Bureau 1999 State Resolutions Committee
